Biographical note
My work connects technology and elements of craft. I am interested in working in several different mediums and with a variety of materials. Part of this is a desire to learn about different material properties and methods as I work. My creative process involves a balance of the interplay between the functional and the unfunctional. As an artist, these opportunities to experiment have allowed me to explore the different tactile qualities of materials, and the different atmospheres that can be created by moderating light, sound, and texture through assemblies.
