Here, humidity invades dry zones through the alternation and superposition of places. This time the marsh contaminates the image like the beginnings of a new painting. Midway between a past gesture and the tangible object that it will become, this evocation of landscape attacks the horizon, whose sky and soils it shares. The explosion is present beneath the figure of “the gesture” of the peat bog surrounded by glass panes planted there. In front, coloured prisms are witness to the apocalypse and the cosmos. This passage through the marsh allows this absurd universe to be eliminated and another to be accessed.
