Vendu–Sold’s success draws on the passion and generosity of art collectors. To date, over 150 collectors have purchased works at our auctions, thus contributing significantly to the advancement of Éditions Esse and the recognition of the participating artists’ work. To mark the auction’s 10th anniversary, our generous collectors have kindly agreed to share their thoughts—in words and images—about the role that Vendu–Sold has played in their collections, as well as details on the pieces they fell in love with, how they plan their acquisitions, and on the new lives of their acquired artworks.
